Taylor Swift Look for Less <$91

Getting a little bit nautical with this look from Taylor Swift! I love pairing stripes with my red skinnies and I think Taylor adds a nice touch by adding a bit of yellow in with the headband and the flats! I am always looking for ways to wear my red skinnies and I think I will be trying this touch!
